We have listed below some time saving tips for you to follow when going to your Doctor.

1. Have your current insurance card ready to be copied.
2. Bring a picture I.D. with you for copying to verify identity and to eliminate insurance fraud.
3. Bring your copay or deductible payments in with you in a form accepted by the practice (i.e. cash, check, Visa or MasterCard).
4. Know the medications you are on, the dosage and be sure to let your Doctor know this information.
5. Be prepared to fill out new paperwork each year.
6. Be proactive with your insurance carrier by using their website to check your eligibility, make any personal changes and the Doctor's in-network status. You can also check on your claims activity.
7. Let both Plexus and your Doctor know about address, name and insurance changes during the course of the year.
8. Immediately address any correspondence your insurance company sends to you.
9. All patient payments are due into the doctors office by the 25th of every month. Payments received after this date may be posted in the next month and not reflected on your next statement.
