Patients

Our purpose is to make sure that the back office part of your medical experience is smooth and accurate. In order for this to happen we need the most current name, address, insurance and payment information available. Please notify us via this website, our online instant messaging support or by any method listed on our Contact Page of any personal changes.

Our team of seasoned billing professionals are regularly advised of industry changes and they are reviewed annually. Part of this review and its' positive outcome is dependent on their interaction with you, the patient. I encourage you to fill out the Patient Satisfaction Survey and let me know how our staff is doing. If there are any negatives at all, you will be contacted to make sure that follow through is performed and we have investigated all possible solutions for you.

Don't forget that we must work within state, federal and local laws and follow HIPAA policies. We also must work within the contract that we have with your insurance carrier. They all require us to bill you for any copays or deductibles your plan imposes. All of our clients have established Collection Policies that we follow.
